Tracey is Sales Director at MBI Health, with more than 20 years’ experience working across healthcare, software and NHS operational improvement.
She works closely with NHS Trusts and systems to support elective recovery, RTT performance improvement, pathway assurance and operational grip, helping organisations strengthen confidence in waiting list data and patient pathway management.
Tracey specialises in building trusted partnerships with NHS operational and performance leaders, supporting the adoption of solutions including LUNA and ROVA to improve pathway visibility, reduce waiting list risk and deliver sustainable operational assurance.
