Michael is a Referral to Treatment (RTT) specialist with a history of operational, managerial and project work within the NHS. He has 12 years knowledge and experience with NHS data and systems including PIMS, Clinicom, Cerner, Lorenzo, Silverlink, iPM and others. Michael has worked on business change projects at several NHS Trusts pre and post the implementation stage of a new EPR, including the development, training and rollout of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
As a Service Manager, Michael has led on the planning and implementation of administrative services restructuring and acted as a Data Quality lead for several improvement/recovery projects with emphasis on identifying issues at the front end to address the ongoing problems with data quality to reach a sustainable position.
