John has over 20 years’ experience in UK NHS healthcare, designing, developing and implementing data analytics technology products to deliver sustainable improvement in elective care management.
John has worked at over 30 NHS acute Trusts and has extensive experience deploying technology to work with all major PAS and EPR systems, and a detailed knowledge of the operational processes and data quality challenges associated with elective care management.
John has a background in process re-engineering and the implementation of business process management and quality systems in other sectors including Engineering, construction and aerospace and defence.
