Having spent the last ten years working across NHS and private consulting projects in IT and infrastructure, and operational experience in NHS mental health settings, James has broad knowledge of the NHS, projects, programmes and change management.
James has a passion for communication, always with a sense of fun, and enjoys working with clients and the MBI team to deliver outcomes for the customer.
James joined MBI in July 2021 and is managing our deployment projects and day-to-day service for clients ensuring clear, concise and timely communication, be that in weekly reporting or daily updates to customers.
