Gary is an experienced digital transformation leader with over twenty years’ experience delivering complex programmes across the healthcare sector. He brings expertise in portfolio, programme and project delivery, digital strategy, business case development and benefits realisation. He has led large-scale transformation programmes involving system implementation, service redesign and multi-stakeholder operational change, working closely with clinical, operational and executive teams to deliver sustainable improvement.
Gary has a strong focus on collaboration, practical delivery and continuous improvement, with a passion for using digital innovation to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
Gary joined MBI in January 2025 and supports the delivery of our LUNA° and ROVA° solutions across our growing NHS portfolio.
