Agnes has been operating in data assurance, waiting times improvements and meeting national targets for over 10 ten years with the NHS. Experience ranges from EPR migration programmes, training, floorwalking, to operational patient processing from referral to discharge.
She is a leader within MBI’s Managed Services, working with clients to understand the root cause of process and data quality issues, applying rapid solutions and removing the backlogs.
